Right of withdrawal for consumers

(Applies to private customers who conclude a legal transaction predominantly for purposes that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.)

1. Your right of withdrawal

You may revoke this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period begins – depending on the delivery constellation – on the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the transport service provider)

1. have received the first or only shipment if your order arrives in one delivery;
2. have received the last goods if an order arrives in several separate shipments;
3. have received the last partial shipment or the last piece, if an article is delivered in partial quantities or pieces.

2. Exercise of the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement (e.g. email or letter) to:

It is crucial that your notification is sent before the 14-day deadline expires.

3. Consequences of revocation

• Refund : In the event of a valid cancellation, we will refund the purchase price of the returned goods, but not the original shipping costs. The refund will be made promptly and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your cancellation. We will use the same payment method you used for your original order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional costs as a result of the refund.
• Right of retention : We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods or you have provided us with proof of shipment - whichever occurs first.
• Return period: You must send or hand over the goods within 14 days of the date on which you notify us of your cancellation. This deadline is met if the goods were sent on time.
• Return costs: You bear the direct costs of the return.
• Compensation for value: You only have to pay if the loss of value is due to handling that goes beyond checking the condition, properties and functionality.

4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if

• sealed goods are unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health reasons;
• Goods are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
