1.2 The following general terms and conditions of www.baviette.com apply exclusively to your orders in our online shop in the version current at the time of the order. Different terms and conditions do not apply.

1.3 Purchases in our online shop are possible from the age of 16. Our offers are aimed at customers in Germany; we make our offers available to customers with residence or place of business in the EEA under the same conditions due to the EU Geoblocking Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2018/302); The same applies to customers with residence or place of business in Switzerland.

1.4 Our offers are aimed at consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot primarily be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. An indication of this is, for example, orders in more than normal household quantities. We reject this. These are referred to below as “customers”/“private customers” or “consumers”.

By clicking on the “Buy Now” button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. We will confirm receipt of your order by email immediately after you have submitted the order. A binding contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation. Please note that if you pay in advance (reservation), the ordered goods will only be delivered once we have received the full purchase price and any shipping costs. We therefore ask you to transfer the purchase price immediately after receiving the order confirmation, but at the latest within 7 days.

1.4 You agree to the assignment of the seller's claims for payment of the purchase price to third parties, in particular to Baviette Payments UG.

1.5 If you choose to offset the carbon footprint of your order on the order summary page, this will become part of the contract for your order. You will be informed about the amount of the contribution on the order overview page before the contract is concluded.

1.6 Please note that, in exceptional cases, we are not obliged to deliver the ordered goods if we have ordered the goods correctly but were not delivered correctly or on time (congruent hedging transaction). A further requirement is that we are not responsible for the unavailability of the goods and have informed you of this fact immediately. In addition, we must not have assumed the procurement risk for the ordered goods. If the goods are unavailable, we will immediately refund any payments you have already made.
