1. Safety of our products
At Baviette, we place the highest value on product safety and quality. All our products undergo
- a comprehensive risk assessment,
- continuous quality controls and
- regular laboratory tests according to applicable EU standards (e.g. EN ISO 9001).
In this way, we ensure that our products are safe to use and harmless to people and the environment.
2. Reporting security deficiencies
Should you nevertheless discover a product defect or suspect that an item does not meet safety requirements, please inform us immediately:

Please provide the following information in your report:
- Product name and article number
- Batch or serial number (if applicable)
- Detailed description of the defect
- Place and time of detection
3. Recall procedure
- Review of your report
We immediately check each report for plausibility and severity of the defect. - Information letter
If a security risk is confirmed, affected customers will receive an email with further instructions within 5 business days. - Returns & Exchanges
You will receive a free return label. Once we receive the product, we will either ship you a replacement or refund the purchase price. - Final report
Once the measure has been completed, we will inform you about the steps taken and the results.
