1. Safety of Our Products
At Baviette, we place the highest value on product safety and quality. All our products undergo
- a comprehensive risk assessment,
- continuous quality controls, and
- regular laboratory tests according to applicable EU standards (e.g., EN ISO 9001).
This ensures that our products are safe to use and harmless to people and the environment.
2. Reporting Safety Defects
Should you nonetheless discover defects in a product or suspect that an item does not meet safety requirements, please inform us immediately:

Please provide the following information in your report:
- Product name and item number
- Batch or serial number (if available)
- Detailed description of the defect
- Location and time of discovery
3. Recall Procedure
- Review of Your Report
We immediately check each report for plausibility and the severity of the defect. - Information Letter
If a safety risk is confirmed, affected customers will receive an email with further instructions within 5 business days. - Return & Exchange
You will receive a free return label. Once we receive the product, we will send you a replacement or refund the purchase price. - Final Report
After the completion of the measure, we will inform you about the steps taken and the results.
