Baviette Bio 794 Intensive Cleaner for Medical Instruments

Product description

Baviette Bio 794 is a liquid cleaner intended for professional maintenance cleaning and the manual pre-cleaning of suitable medical instruments. The formulation contains surfactants, citric acid, microorganisms and other ingredients. The product has a citrus fragrance and a pH value of 2.5–3.5.

Baviette Bio 794 is intended exclusively for cleaning or pre-cleaning. It is not a disinfectant and does not replace any required disinfection, sterilisation or validated instrument reprocessing procedure.

Application

Shake well before use. Add 40 ml of Baviette Bio 794 to 500 ml of lukewarm water. Completely immerse suitable instruments in the prepared solution and leave them to soak for 24 hours. Afterwards, continue processing the instruments in accordance with the instrument manufacturer’s instructions and the validated reprocessing procedure used by the facility.

Material compatibility

Before first use, verify material compatibility in an inconspicuous area or consult the instrument manufacturer’s instructions. Do not use if acidic cleaning solutions or individual ingredients of the product are unsuitable for the respective instrument or material.

Composition

• Citric acid: < 5%
• C12–14 ethoxylated sulphates, sodium salts: < 5%
• Microorganisms: < 5%
• EDTA and salts: < 5%
• Fragrances, including d-limonene, linalool, citral and eugenol

Safety and storage instructions

• Do not mix with other products.
• Avoid contact with the eyes and skin whenever possible.
• In case of eye contact, rinse cautiously with water.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store and transport below 30°C.
• Contains d-limonene. May produce an allergic reaction.
• Safety data sheet available on request.
• Follow the instructions on the product label and in the safety data sheet.

Important information

Baviette Bio 794 has no declared disinfecting or sterilising effect. Cleaning with this product does not replace any reprocessing steps required by law, hygiene procedures or the instrument manufacturer.
